Setup, Compatibility & Care
Compatibility Check:
Before installation, verify that your tire's sidewall markings indicate compatibility with inner tube use and that the tire size falls within the supported range (175x16 to 215x16, with profile heights from 50 to 70).
Installation:
- Ensure the tire is completely deflated.
- Carefully unseat the tire bead from the rim.
- Remove the old inner tube.
- Slightly inflate the new inner tube to give it shape.
- Insert the valve stem through the rim valve hole.
- Tuck the rest of the tube evenly inside the tire, avoiding twists.
- Re-seat the tire beads onto the rim.
- Inflate the tire to the manufacturer's recommended pressure.
Care:
- Regularly check tire pressure to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Inspect inner tubes for signs of wear or damage during tire changes.
- Store spare tubes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.
