FAQs
Can the cushion cover be removed?
This model is designed as a finished woven piece; it is recommended to treat it as a single unit rather than removing the cover.
Is this cushion suitable for outdoor use?
No, this cushion is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to moisture and direct sunlight may damage the fabric and cause the colors to fade.
How do I remove dust from the woven fabric?
Use a soft-bristled upholstery brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner on a low-suction setting.
Will the colors fade over time?
Like all textiles, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will cause fading. It is best to place the cushion away from windows that receive intense afternoon sun.
Is the cushion hypoallergenic?
The product information does not specify hypoallergenic properties. If you have severe allergies, please consider the fabric composition before purchasing.
Troubleshooting
Filling has become compressed after heavy use
Firmly pat and shake the cushion from all sides to redistribute the internal fill and restore its loft.
Loose thread appears on the woven surface
Do not pull the thread; use a small pair of embroidery scissors to carefully trim it flush with the fabric surface.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the cushion is straightforward; simply unpack and fluff the insert to distribute the filling evenly. It is compatible with most standard-sized furniture, including armchairs, loveseats, and beds.
To ensure the longevity of your cushion:
- Keep away from sharp objects to avoid snagging the woven threads.
- Rotate the cushion occasionally to ensure even wear on the fill.
- Spot clean only with a soft, dry cloth or professional upholstery cleaner; do not machine wash or tumble dry, as the woven fabric may shrink or lose its structure.
