This Cold Frame Greenhouse from Christow is perfect for growing plants from seed and protecting them from the cold all year-round. The frame is made from sustainably sourced wood with UV-stabilised windows, slatted shelves, and a hinged lid and door for easy access. The polycarbonate windows are UV-stabilised to prevent them discolouring and warping in the sunlight, while also protecting your crops from harmful UV rays. The frame features double hinged lids with steel sliding lifts for adjustable ventilation and three slatted shelves for organizing plants, which can also be removed for taller plants. It has two front doors with pivot locks for secure access and ventilation. The slanted roof ensures easy drainage, and the unit is easy to assemble with galvanized fixtures and fittings resistant to rust and corrosion. The timber is treated with ACQ for protection against decay, rot, and insects, making it safe for growing herbs and vegetables. The grey painted finish offers a stylish, contemporary look.
