Yes, the kettle features a clear water viewing window so you can monitor levels accurately.
Yes, the toaster features wide slots designed to handle thicker items like bagels and crumpets.
No, as a high-performance appliance, the exterior can become warm during use; please handle using the handle provided.
It is recommended to rinse the filter monthly, or more frequently if you live in a hard water area.
Yes, the toaster features an automatic pop-up function once the selected browning cycle is complete.
Check that the self-centring slots are free of debris and ensure the bread is placed centrally.
Ensure the base is properly connected to the power supply and the kettle is firmly seated on the 360-degree connector.
Slide out the crumb tray and clear any accumulated debris or burnt crumbs immediately.
Before initial use, wash the kettle interior with water and run a full-capacity boil cycle, discarding the water to clean the system. The toaster should be run on a medium setting without bread once to burn off any manufacturing residues. For cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth for the exterior gloss surfaces—avoid abrasive sponges that could scratch the finish. The anti-limescale filter in the kettle is removable and should be rinsed under warm water periodically to ensure optimal flow. Always keep the crumb tray empty to prevent smoke or fire hazards.
