No, this unit is specifically designed for Mini Jumbo rolls with micro-cores.
The unit is designed for indoor washroom environments and is not rated for outdoor exposure.
Use the provided key to unlock the top or side latch, open the housing, remove the empty core, and slide a new roll onto the spindle.
The ABS plastic used is standard food-safe grade plastic common in washroom fixtures.
Please contact the manufacturer or your supplier to inquire about replacement key sets for your specific model (MPN: NJ-FQ004A).
Use a damp, soft cloth with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or abrasive scouring pads to keep the plastic from yellowing or scratching.
Ensure the roll is seated correctly on the spindle and that no packaging material is obstructing the path.
Check that the hinges are properly aligned and that no debris is caught in the locking mechanism.
Check the mounting screws to ensure they are fully tightened against the wall surface.
To install, ensure the wall surface is flat and sturdy. Use the included mounting hardware to secure the ABS backplate to the wall. Once mounted, simply unlock the unit with the provided key to load your roll onto the micro-core spindle. The unit is designed exclusively for Mini Jumbo rolls with micro-cores; standard large-core rolls will not fit properly. For care, use a mild non-abrasive cleaning solution and a soft cloth to wipe the exterior; avoid harsh solvents that could degrade the finish of the ABS plastic.
