Troubleshooting

Fire pit will not ignite

Ensure the igniter is not covered by lava rocks and verify that the 5kg gas tank is properly connected.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This product arrives flat-packed and requires assembly. Use a 5kg gas tank for the fire pit operation. For safety, ensure all joints and hoses are checked for leaks before the first use and never cover the igniter with lava stones. To care for your set, wipe down aluminium surfaces with a damp cloth. Protect the cushions by storing them indoors when not in use or using a high-quality rain cover. If leaving the furniture outside for an extended period during winter, we strongly recommend using a protective rain cover to prevent debris accumulation and prolonged moisture exposure.
