The Faithfull Single Pad Suction Lifter is a specialized manual handling tool designed for professional tilers, glaziers, and DIY enthusiasts who need to maneuver non-porous materials like glass, marble, and large-format tiles with precision. Its primary benefit is providing a secure, reliable grip that reduces the risk of dropping or damaging fragile surface materials during installation. However, users must note that it is strictly limited to non-porous surfaces and requires careful adherence to weight limits to ensure safe operation.

No, this tool is designed exclusively for non-porous surfaces like glass, metal, and polished stone or tile.
It can support up to 30kg vertically and 15kg horizontally.
Always perform a 'test lift' by pulling the lifter firmly before attempting a full lift to ensure the seal is holding correctly.
No, the surface must be smooth and non-porous for the rubber pad to create a proper vacuum.
Store it in a clean, dry area and ensure the rubber pad is not pressed against anything that could deform it during storage.
Ensure both the rubber pad and the surface of the material are clean and free of dust, grease, or moisture.
Check that the rubber pad is not damaged and that there is no debris blocking the hinge mechanism of the handle.
Clean the rubber surface with mild soapy water and dry it completely; avoid using harsh solvents that may damage the rubber.
To use the tool, clean the surface of the material and the rubber pad with a damp cloth to remove any debris. Place the pad firmly against the center of the material and press the lever down to engage the vacuum. Always test the hold by gently tugging on the handle before lifting the material. To release, simply lift the lever back to the open position. To maintain the life of the tool, store it in a cool, dry place and ensure the rubber pad is protected from sharp objects and direct sunlight, which can cause the rubber to crack or degrade over time.
