FAQs
Is this cleaner safe for my phone's screen protector?
Yes, the natural, chemical-free formula is safe for most screen protectors, including plastic and tempered glass types.
Can I use this on my camera lenses or glasses?
Yes, the gentle formula is suitable for cleaning eyeglasses and camera lenses. Always spray the cleaner onto the cloth first, not directly onto the lens.
How often should I wash the microfiber towel?
It's recommended to wash the microfiber towel after every few uses, or whenever it appears visibly dirty or feels less effective, to maintain optimal cleaning performance and prevent scratching.
What are the main cleaning ingredients?
The formula is powered by a blend of natural plant cleaners, including extracts of aloe vera, soybean, honeysuckle, and vanilla. It is free from alcohol, ammonia, and harsh chemicals.
Can I spray the cleaner directly onto my TV screen?
No, it is best practice to spray the cleaner onto the microfiber towel first, then wipe the screen. This prevents any potential liquid damage from excess solution seeping into the device.
Does the formula leave any residue?
When used correctly (spraying onto the towel and wiping gently), the formula should not leave any residue, only a clean, clear screen.
What is the shelf life of the cleaning solution?
The cleaning solution has a long shelf life when stored properly in its sealed bottle, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. It is designed for extended use.
Troubleshooting
Screen still appears smudged after cleaning.
Ensure the microfiber towel is clean and free of debris. If the smudge is stubborn, try a second light spray and wipe.
Streaks left on the screen.
This can occur if too much solution was used or if the towel is not clean. Use less solution on the towel and ensure it is properly washed and dried.
Spray nozzle is clogged.
Gently try to clear the nozzle with a small pin. If issues persist, contact customer support.
Microfiber towel feels rough or abrasive.
The towel likely needs to be washed. Follow the care instructions for washing microfiber to restore its softness.

Care Instructions:
- Microfiber Towel: To maintain the towel's effectiveness and prevent micro-scratches, it should be washed regularly. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can leave residue. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Ensure the towel is completely dry before storing it back in the lid.
- Cleaning Solution: Store the bottle upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the lid is securely fastened when not in use to prevent evaporation.
- Application: Always spray the cleaner onto the microfiber towel, not directly onto the screen, to prevent excess liquid from seeping into device edges.
