The Empire 9500 Premier Apex shed features a taller eaves height and large double doors at the front, with no windows. The exterior is constructed from durable 12mm pressure-treated tongue and groove timber. This shed is built with quality tanalised pressure-treated 12mm tongue and groove shiplap, offering superior protection compared to sub-standard overlap cladding. The framing is made from robust 28x44 mm rounded and planed timber, ensuring greater sturdiness. Each panel is fully framed, and the shiplap cladding is double-nailed for enhanced rigidity. The roof and floor are constructed from 11mm sheet material, providing good strength and moisture resistance without splitting. The floor is elevated off the ground by solid 28x38mm timber bearers for a stable base, and the roof is waterproofed with 25kg green mineral felt. The wide double doors allow for easy access for larger items and are also built from the same high-quality 12mm shiplap and 28x44mm planed timber, fastened with a turn button.
