Setup, Compatibility & Care
To prepare the jack for first-time use, ensure the release valve is fully closed. After extensive use or long periods of storage, check the hydraulic oil levels according to the manual to maintain peak performance. For care, always keep the piston rod clean and free of debris, as grit can damage the internal seals and lead to hydraulic failure. Store the jack in a dry environment and keep the exterior wiped down to prevent rust. Ensure that the lifting point on your vehicle is compatible with the jack's saddle size and that you are not exceeding the 20-ton weight rating.
