The seat is manufactured from fibreglass, offering a strong yet lightweight construction.
It is designed as a universal seat and fits most kart chassis. However, it is always recommended to check dimensions and compatibility with your specific kart model.
A lighter seat contributes to a lower overall kart weight, which can improve acceleration, braking, and handling performance.
Clean the seat using a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surface.
No, the seat is supplied without mounting hardware. You will need to source appropriate bolts, nuts, and washers separately.
Verify the width of the seat against the available space in your kart. Ensure mounting brackets are compatible.
Use appropriate drill bits for fibreglass and proceed slowly. Secure the seat firmly while drilling to prevent movement.
Adjust the mounting position to optimize driver ergonomics. Consider adding foam padding in specific areas if needed.
Setup: This seat is supplied undrilled. You will need to determine the correct mounting position based on your kart chassis and desired driving posture. Mark and drill mounting holes carefully, ensuring they are appropriate for the hardware used. Use high-quality mounting hardware designed for racing applications.
Compatibility: Designed as a universal seat, it should fit most standard kart chassis. However, always double-check measurements against your specific kart frame before purchase.
Care: Clean the seat with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can damage the fibreglass finish. Ensure the seat is dry before use.
