FAQs

Does this tool come with a battery and charger?

No, this is a bare tool model and requires you to own two Webb 20V batteries to operate.

Can I use just one battery to power the unit?

No, the design requires two 20V batteries to provide the necessary 40V power output.

How do I switch between blowing and vacuuming?

The unit is designed for quick transitions by changing the tube configuration according to the provided instruction manual.

What is the benefit of the 12:1 mulching ratio?

This ratio means 12 bags of un-mulched leaves are reduced down to 1 bag of finely shredded material, significantly reducing the frequency of emptying the bag.

Is the blower heavy to carry?

It is engineered to be lightweight for easy handling, though the weight will increase slightly as the 45L collection bag fills with debris.

Troubleshooting

The unit will not start.

Verify that both 20V batteries are fully charged and securely clicked into their respective slots.

Reduced suction in vacuum mode.

Check the collection bag for blockages and ensure the tube is clear of heavy debris or sticks.

Tool stops unexpectedly during use.

Check if the motor has overheated; allow the unit to rest for 15 minutes before restarting.
