Troubleshooting
Lid feels loose or does not close tightly
Ensure no debris is caught in the hinge area and that the inner bucket is pushed fully down into the base.
Unpleasant odors persisting
Increase the frequency of waste disposal and ensure the double-lid is pressed firmly closed after each use.
Difficulty removing the inner bucket
Lift the bucket straight upward using the integrated handle; if it sticks, verify that the trash bag is not caught between the bucket rim and the outer base.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the toilet is straightforward: place the unit on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping. For waste management, insert a sturdy trash bag into the inner bucket, folding the edges over the rim before placing the seat and lid back on. To maintain the unit, wash the inner bucket with mild soap and water after each trip. The exterior PP shell can be wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild disinfectant to prevent build-up. Always store the unit in a cool, dry place when not in use to prolong the life of the plastic components.
