Troubleshooting

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup is instantaneous, as the SoftiFarm is designed to be unfolded and ready for play immediately. When playtime ends, ensure all 9 wooden figures are placed within the central compartment before folding the farm structure to secure it with the integrated closure system. To maintain the quality of the felt material, avoid submerging the farmhouse in water. If cleaning is necessary, use a damp cloth to spot-clean the felt and a dry cloth to wipe down the wooden figures. Store the set in a cool, dry place to prevent the felt from attracting dust or moisture.
