ORS Hydration Tablets are formulated with salts, glucose, and essential minerals to boost hydration levels, correct electrolyte imbalances, and increase fluid absorption. For adults and children over 6, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water. For a sports drink, dissolve 1-2 tablets in 500ml of water.
