Troubleshooting

Luggage is difficult to roll or wheels stick.

Check wheels for obstructions like threads or debris. Clean the wheel housings. Ensure the luggage is not overpacked, which can put stress on the wheels.

Zipper is stuck or difficult to open/close.

Inspect the zipper track for any fabric caught in it. Gently try to pull the fabric away. Apply a small amount of graphite pencil lead or wax to the zipper teeth to help it slide more smoothly.

The TSA lock combination is not working.

Ensure you are entering the correct combination. If you have reset it and forgotten the code, contact the luggage manufacturer for assistance, as TSA cannot reset it for you.

Handle mechanism is stiff or won't retract.

Check the handle rails for obstructions. Try extending and retracting the handle repeatedly. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Zipper Lock: Familiarize yourself with the TSA-friendly zipper lock. Typically, these locks have a default combination (often 0-0-0) and can be reset to a personal code. Consult the lock's specific instructions for resetting.
Adjustable Interior: Configure the interior panels to suit your packing needs.

Compatibility:

Airline Carry-on: The 22-inch dimension generally complies with most airline carry-on size restrictions, but it's always advisable to check specific airline policies before flying.
TSA: The integrated lock is designed to be TSA-approved, allowing security personnel to inspect the luggage without damaging the lock.

Care:

Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the polycarbonate shell with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the material. For stubborn marks, a magic eraser can be effective, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
Liner Cleaning: Remove the designated liner section and wash it according to its care instructions (typically machine washable on a gentle cycle). Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
Wheels & Handles: Periodically check the wheels and handles for debris or damage. Clean wheels with a damp cloth. Ensure handles retract smoothly.
