Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Choose Location: Select a spot that receives direct sunlight for at least 4-5 hours daily.
- Mounting: Clean the mounting surface. Use the provided screws for a secure fit or strong adhesive tape for a less permanent installation on fences, walls, or terraces.
- Initial Charge: Ensure the lights are exposed to direct sunlight for a full charging cycle before the first use.
Compatibility:
These lights are designed for outdoor use on surfaces such as garden fences, patios, exterior walls, and around pools. They are compatible with most standard outdoor surfaces. Ensure the mounting area is clean and dry for optimal adhesion if using tape.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the solar panel surface and the light lens periodically with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Battery Maintenance: The internal battery is designed for longevity. If performance degrades significantly after extended use, the battery may need replacement (refer to manufacturer guidelines if available).
- Winter Care: While weatherproof, consider removing them during extreme weather conditions or heavy snow accumulation to prolong their lifespan, though they are built for year-round operation.
