The VEVOR 35T Hydraulic Hole Punch is designed for professional metalworkers, electricians, and industrial contractors who require precise, high-force punching in materials like copper, aluminum, iron, and stainless steel. Its primary benefit is the impressive 35-ton punching capacity packed into a durable, portable frame, making it ideal for on-site fabrication. The main caveat to keep in mind is that the tool requires an external hydraulic pump source to operate, which is not included in the standard package.

No, this is a hydraulic punch head only. You must connect it to a separate hydraulic pump.
The tool is rated for heavy-duty materials, though actual capacity depends on the specific hardness of the metal being punched.
Yes, it is designed to punch copper, aluminum, iron, and stainless steel.
The set includes four pairs of dies covering hole sizes from 10.5 mm to 20.5 mm.
Keep them clean and lightly oiled to prevent rust and ensure smooth operation.
Check all hydraulic hose connections for tightness and ensure the pump has sufficient hydraulic fluid.
Ensure the punch die and the base die are properly aligned and not worn; replace the dies if they show signs of dulling.
To begin using the tool, connect the hydraulic hose from your compatible hydraulic pump to the tool's inlet port. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent pressure leaks. Before operation, select the die set that matches your required hole size and secure it firmly in the head. Maintenance involves wiping the steel surfaces down after every use to prevent debris buildup and keeping the punch dies lubricated with a light machine oil. Regularly inspect the hydraulic hoses for any signs of wear or cracking to ensure safety during high-pressure operation.
