Troubleshooting
Chairs wobbling on level ground
Check the frame for any bent legs or debris trapped under the glides. Ensure the floor surface is level.

Difficulty stacking to maximum height
Ensure the chairs are perfectly aligned. Verify that no foreign objects or debris are stuck between the seat and frame of the lower chairs.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These chairs arrive ready to use with no assembly required. For optimal care, it is recommended to vacuum the fabric backrest and seat regularly to remove dust. If spills occur, spot-clean the upholstery using a mild, water-based detergent and a soft cloth, allowing the chair to air dry completely before use. When stacking, ensure the chairs are aligned correctly to prevent tipping and to avoid scratching the frame finish. Store in a cool, dry area to preserve the integrity of the fabric and the structural frame.
