FAQs

Does this warmer heat up cold drinks?

No, this device is designed to maintain the temperature of already hot drinks at 41°C, not to heat cold liquids.

Can I use my own mugs with this device?

Is the warmer plate waterproof?

How long can I leave the warmer on?

For safety, it is recommended to unplug the device when you are finished using it or when you are away from your desk for long periods.

Does it require batteries?

Troubleshooting

The warmer plate does not seem warm

Verify that the USB cable is securely connected to a high-power USB port that is currently active.

Drink is still cooling down too quickly

Ensure the splash-proof lid is firmly attached and check that the mug is positioned correctly in the center of the warming plate.

The device does not power on

Try connecting the device to a different USB port or a dedicated wall-to-USB power adapter to rule out port power limitations.
