Troubleshooting
Throw feels less soft after washing.
Ensure you are using a mild detergent and that the wash is at 30 degrees. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach. Air drying instead of tumble drying also helps maintain softness.
Color from throw has transferred to other items.
This indicates that the 'wash dark colours separately' instruction was not followed. Always wash this throw with similar dark-coloured items or on its own for the first few washes.
Shedding of fibers.
Some initial shedding is normal for fleece products. Ensure the throw is washed according to instructions, and consider washing it inside out in a gentle cycle. A lint roller can help remove loose fibers.
