Troubleshooting

Food is sticking to the plates

Ensure the non-stick coating is clean and not damaged. Apply a very light coating of oil before heating, especially for lean meats.

Unit takes too long to heat up

Check that the grill is plugged directly into a wall outlet rather than an extension cord, which may limit power delivery.

Grease is spilling outside the tray

Ensure the grease tray is fully inserted into its designated slot and that the unit is on a perfectly level surface.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Dual independent temperature zones for precise cooking
Large surface area fits enough food for up to 6 people
Three flexible cooking positions for maximum recipe variety
Easy cleanup with dishwasher-safe parts
Fast heat-up times thanks to 2000W power

Cons

Substantial physical footprint requires dedicated storage space
No automatic cook functions (requires manual monitoring)
Unit is heavy compared to smaller, basic sandwich presses

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Place the unit on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure at least 10 cm of clearance around the back and sides for proper ventilation. Plug into a standard 220-240V outlet.

Compatibility: The unit comes with standard plates, including waffle plates, which are designed specifically for this model. Avoid using metal utensils to prevent scratching the non-stick PTFE coating; use silicone or wooden tools instead.

Care: After the unit has completely cooled, remove the grease tray and plates. Although they are dishwasher-safe, hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended to preserve the longevity of the non-stick coating. Use the storage lock system to keep the unit securely closed during upright storage.
