FAQs

Can I use Ultra Violette Preen Screen as my only sunscreen?

No, this product is specifically designed for reapplication throughout the day. You should always start your day with a dedicated, primary broad-spectrum SPF cream or lotion.

How often should I reapply the mist?

For optimal sun protection, reapply every two hours, or more frequently after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

Will it make my makeup run or smudge?

No, it's formulated to be lightweight and set over makeup without disturbing it. Apply as a fine mist from the recommended distance.

Is this product suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, it contains soothing ingredients like Bisabolol and Aloe Vera extract, which help to calm the complexion, making it suitable for sensitive skin types.

How far should I hold the mist from my face during application?

It is recommended to hold the bottle approximately 20cm (8 inches) from your face for an even, fine mist.

Does it leave a white cast?

No, the Ultra Violette Preen Screen Mist is formulated to be invisible and leaves a soft, radiant glow, not a white cast.

Can men use this product?

Yes, this product is suitable for all genders and skin types who wish to conveniently reapply SPF throughout the day.

Troubleshooting

Uneven application or patchy coverage.

Ensure you shake the bottle well before each use. Hold the mist approximately 20cm from your face and spray in an even, sweeping motion to cover all areas. Avoid applying in windy conditions.

Mist feels too heavy or makes makeup smudge.

Ensure you are holding the bottle at the recommended distance (approx. 20cm) and applying a fine mist, rather than a concentrated spray. Allow a few moments for the mist to settle and absorb without rubbing.

Product doesn't spray or nozzle is blocked.

Check the nozzle for any dried product and gently clear it. Shake the bottle vigorously. If the issue persists, contact customer support as the nozzle may be faulty.

Skin feels oily after application.

While designed for a 'soft glow', individual skin types vary. Ensure you are not over-applying. The Niacinamide in the formula is intended to help balance sebum production over time.
