FAQs

Is this set intended for children to play with?

While it features Pokémon, this is a premium collector's set intended for display and long-term preservation rather than casual play.

Can I use the booster pack in standard TCG tournaments?

The pack contains specific cards intended for collecting. Always check current regional regulations for tournament-legal card sets.

How should I store the sealed box?

Store it in a dry, dark place, ideally inside a protective acrylic box to prevent edge wear.

Does the set include a full deck of cards?

No, this set is a curated collection including a special holo card, a booster pack, and a display frame, not a complete ready-to-play deck.

Is the magnetic frame archival safe?

The included frame is designed to protect the card's visual appeal and condition for display; avoid leaving it in direct, harsh light.

Troubleshooting

Magnetic frame not closing securely

Ensure no dust or debris is trapped on the magnetic seals and that the card is properly centered within the designated slot.

Holographic card appears to have surface imperfections

Check if the protective film (if applicable) is still on the magnetic display or if there is static dust. If the item arrived damaged inside a sealed box, contact the original place of purchase regarding quality control.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High-quality display components like the magnetic frame
Celebratory 30th Anniversary branding adds historical value
Professional presentation ideal for collectors
Authentic, factory-sealed condition ensures rarity

Cons

Not intended for competitive trading card game play
Limited availability due to the nature of anniversary releases
Once opened, the collector value of the sealed box decreases

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To care for your set, keep it away from direct sunlight to prevent UV damage to the card holographic finish and the box graphics. If you decide to display the card in the provided magnetic frame, ensure the frame is clean and free of dust before inserting the card. The set is compatible with standard Pokémon TCG card sizes. Store the box in a cool, dry environment with stable humidity levels to ensure the long-term preservation of the paper products and protective casing.
