Troubleshooting
Fading or peeling of gold foil logo
This typically occurs due to improper cleaning. Ensure you are hand washing with mild soap and avoiding abrasive materials. Do not soak for extended periods.
Cloudiness in the glass
Hard water deposits can cause cloudiness. Try washing with a bit of white vinegar diluted in water, followed by a thorough rinse and immediate drying.
Small chips or cracks on the rim
Glass can be delicate. Handle with care, especially when placing it down on hard surfaces. If a chip affects usability or safety, consider replacing the tumbler.
