Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure the jack is placed on a firm, level, and stable surface before use. Check that the handle is securely attached and the safety release valve is closed (turn clockwise) before operating the foot pedal or handle to raise the load. Always ensure the jacking point is suitable for the saddle.
Compatibility: This jack is compatible with most heavy-duty vehicles and machinery that have accessible jacking points within its lifting range (195mm - 640mm) and do not exceed its 15-tonne capacity. Always consult your vehicle's manual for recommended jacking points.
Care: Regularly inspect the jack for any signs of damage, leaks, or wear. Keep the hydraulic ram clean and protected from dirt and debris. Periodically check the hydraulic fluid level and top up if necessary with the correct type of hydraulic oil. Store the jack in a dry environment when not in use. For maintenance of consumable parts like the rubber jack pad (JP18), refer to manufacturer guidelines.
