Troubleshooting

The chair feels wobbly or unstable.

Ensure all base bolts are fully tightened and verify that the floor surface is perfectly level.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly: The chair arrives partially disassembled to ensure safe transport. Users should clear a workspace of at least 2 square meters. Follow the included manual to attach the base to the seat, ensuring all bolts are tightened securely to prevent wobbling.

Compatibility: With a maximum weight capacity of 120kg, it is compatible with most adult users. It is designed for indoor use only in climate-controlled environments.

Care Instructions: Keep the leather looking new by dusting regularly with a dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a dedicated leather conditioner every 6 months to maintain suppleness. Avoid placing the chair in direct sunlight to prevent the leather from drying out or fading over time. Check and tighten all mechanical fasteners every few months to ensure continued stability.
