How long does it take to heat up?

Heating time can vary, but typically it takes a few minutes. It's advisable to check the product manual for precise heating guidelines.

Troubleshooting

Applicator not heating up

Ensure the power plug is securely connected to both the applicator and a functional EU power outlet. Check if the power indicator light is on.

Rhinestones not adhering properly

Allow the applicator to heat up sufficiently. Ensure you are using hot-fix rhinestones. Press gently but firmly for the recommended duration. The material may also be too porous or not suitable for heat application.

Difficulty picking up rhinestones

Ensure the tip of the applicator is clean and dry. Some users find it helpful to place rhinestones on a flat surface and then gently press the applicator tip onto the rhinestone's top surface.
