FAQs

How do I use Demon Ice as an ice preventer?

Shake the bottle well, then spray onto your windscreen the night before a frost. Do not wipe off.

How do I use Demon Ice as a de-icer?

Remove any heavy snow, then spray the product onto the ice. Allow it to melt, and use wipers or a squeegee to clear the residue.

What temperature does Demon Ice protect against?

It protects against freezing down to -20°C.

What should I do if it rains after applying the product?

Reapply the product after the rain has stopped and the windscreen is dry, as the rain may have reduced its effectiveness.

Can I use Demon Ice on side windows?

Yes, you can use it on all car windows.

Is it safe for my car's paintwork?

Avoid contact with paintwork, as prolonged exposure may cause damage.

Troubleshooting

Ice still forms after preventative application.

Ensure the product was applied correctly and that no rain washed it away. Reapply if necessary.

De-icer doesn't melt ice effectively.

Make sure you remove any heavy snow before applying. Apply the product directly to the ice, and allow time to work. If temperatures are extremely low, multiple applications may be needed.
