No, this bag is specifically designed for 15 to 16-inch laptops. A 17-inch device will likely not fit within the dedicated compartment.
Is the bag fully waterproof?
The bag is water-resistant, meaning it can withstand light rain and splashes, but it is not intended to be submerged in water or used in heavy, prolonged downpours.
How do I use the trolley retainer strap?
Simply slide the strap located on the back of the bag over the handle of your rolling suitcase to secure it for hands-free travel.
What sustainable materials are used?
The bag is manufactured using 60% post-consumer recycled plastic and uses FSC-certified packaging.
Can this bag be used for air travel?
Yes, its slim profile and weight make it an excellent carry-on companion, and the trolley strap simplifies navigating through airport terminals.
Troubleshooting
Zipper feels stiff or catches
Clear any debris from the zipper track and apply a small amount of graphite or a dedicated zipper lubricant.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your HP Commute Laptop Bag, place your device into the main compartment centered to ensure the weight is distributed evenly across the base. The bag is compatible with most standard 15-16 inch laptops, but users with oversized gaming laptops should verify dimensions against the bag's height of 315mm and width of 435mm. For care, avoid machine washing; instead, wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to remove stains or grime. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the integrity of the water-resistant coating.
