The Esselte 811411 ring binder is designed for students, home users, and office professionals seeking a durable and reliable way to organize A4 documents. Its key benefit is the sturdy construction and patented No.1 folder mechanism, ensuring secure closure even when full. A minor caveat is its 52mm depth, which might be less suitable for extremely large document volumes compared to wider binders.

The Esselte 811411 binder can hold up to 350 sheets of 80gsm A4 paper.
This binder is designed for A4 size paper.
You can print custom labels using the EasyPrint template available on the Esselte website. After printing, slide the label into the sleeve on the binder's spine.
It features a sturdy plastic lid and edge protection, making it durable for regular school, home, or office use. The patented mechanism also contributes to its robustness.
The product dimensions are approximately 52 mm (width of spine) x 320 mm (height) x 290 mm (depth).
You can clean the scratch-resistant PP cover with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
This refers to Esselte's patented lever arch mechanism, known for its stability and secure closure, even when the binder is fully loaded. It ensures that papers stay in place.
Check for any paper jams or debris caught in the mechanism. Gently try to clear any obstructions. Ensure the binder is not overfilled beyond its 350-sheet capacity.
Ensure you are using the correct size label for the 52mm spine. Check if the label is inserted correctly into the sleeve along the spine.
Verify that the paper is properly punched with standard double holes and that the holes align with the rings. Do not overfill the binder beyond its recommended capacity.
Setup: No assembly required. The binder is ready for use upon arrival. For the spine label, download the EasyPrint template from the Esselte website, add your desired text, and print. Slide the printed label into the spine sleeve.
Compatibility: This binder is designed for A4 size paper and is compatible with standard double hole punching systems. It is not designed for single hole punching or specialized filing systems.
Care: Wipe the cover with a slightly damp cloth to clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Ensure the mechanism is clear of debris to maintain smooth operation. Store in a dry environment.
