Troubleshooting
Buckle is difficult to fasten or release
Ensure the buckle is clean and free of debris. Check for any obstructions in the mechanism. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Straps are slipping or not holding adjustment
Verify that the strap adjusters are properly locked into place. Ensure the straps are routed correctly through the buckles. If straps continue to slip, they may be worn and require replacement.
Material shows signs of wear or damage
Inspect the fabric for tears or holes. For minor fraying, a fabric sealant may be applied. Significant damage may render the product unsuitable for heavy use; consider replacement.
