FAQs
Is this toy safe for heavy chewers?
While the toy is durable, it is not designed to be indestructible. Heavy or aggressive chewers should always be monitored to ensure they do not consume pieces of the material.
Can the toy be washed in a dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing with mild soap. Dishwashers may be too harsh on the squeaker mechanism and the exterior material.
Is it suitable for puppies?
Yes, the bright colors and squeaker are great for puppy development, provided the toy size is appropriate for their mouth.
What should I do if my dog tears a hole in the toy?
If the toy shows signs of structural damage or parts are coming loose, please take the toy away from your dog immediately to prevent ingestion risks.
Does it float in water?
The material is not explicitly designed as a floating toy, though it may stay on the surface for a short time; retrieve it promptly if played with near water.
Troubleshooting
The squeaker stopped working
Check if the air hole is blocked by debris or saliva. Gently press the toy to dislodge trapped particles or allow it to dry fully.
Dog is losing interest
Rotate the toy out of the rotation for a few days to make it 'new' again, or use it as a reward for training tasks.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no setup required for the Happy Puppy Monster Dice Dog Toy; it is ready to use immediately upon removal from the packaging. It is compatible with most dog breeds, ranging from small to medium-large, though it may be too large for toy breeds and not robust enough for the most powerful breed types.
To ensure the longevity of the toy, follow these care guidelines:
- Routine Inspection: Check the toy before every play session for signs of tearing or loose parts.
- Cleaning: Hand wash the toy using warm water and mild, pet-safe soap. Rinse thoroughly to ensure no soap residue remains.
- Air Dry: Allow the toy to air dry completely after washing or after use in wet conditions to prevent the growth of mildew inside the squeaker cavity.
