Control the flow of water in your pond with a Valterra Pond Slide Valve. Also known as a gate valve, this device operates by sliding a plate within a valve body to open or block the flow of water in a pipe. The plate is easy to slide open or shut using the handle at the top, and you can adjust how much water gets through based on how partially open it is. It can be used for a variety of different applications, including isolating pond equipment for maintenance, filter waste drainage, separating filters from the pond or other situations where you may require complete or partial water shut off. It is safe for use in ponds with koi and other types of fish. The heavy duty valve can also be used with solvent and rigid pressure pipe outlets. Specifications Size: 1.5". Unrestricted flow Simple push/pull operation, Ideal for quick shut-off Use with liquids, gases, dry bulk/solids, and slurry ABS body
