FAQs
Is the Ty Fluttershy Bouncer suitable for indoor use?
While it can be used indoors, the bouncy nature of the material makes it prone to moving quickly, so it is safer in open areas away from breakables.
What is the material of the Bouncer?
It is made from a durable, high-density material designed to be both tactile and bouncy.
Is this toy machine washable?
No, you should only clean the surface with a damp cloth.
Can this be used in water?
While the material is resilient, it is not specifically designed as a water toy and should be dried thoroughly if it becomes wet.
Does it contain small parts?
No, the Bouncer is a single solid unit, but it should still be used under adult supervision for younger children to prevent ingestion.
Troubleshooting
The ball seems slippery or dusty
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry fully to restore grip.
The ball has surface scuffs from use
Small scuffs are normal for this material type and will not affect the bouncing performance.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This toy requires no assembly; it is ready to use immediately upon removal from the packaging. To maintain the appearance and grip of the product, wipe the surface with a damp cloth after outdoor use to remove dirt or debris. Avoid exposing the ball to extreme heat or sharp objects, as these can compromise the integrity of the material. When not in use, store in a dry, cool place to prevent color fading or surface wear.
