It is recommended to hand-wash the aluminum attachments to prevent dulling or corrosion. Only the stainless steel bowl is generally suitable for standard cleaning protocols.
The bowl is constructed from food-grade stainless steel with a polished finish for durability.
The mixer features 10 adjustable speed settings controlled via a rotary knob.
While durable and powerful, this unit is designed primarily for residential home baking and personal kitchen use.
The box includes a stainless steel whisk, a die-cast aluminum dough hook, and an aluminum beater.
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in and the bowl is correctly locked into the base, as most units feature a safety interlock.
Reduce the quantity of ingredients if the bowl is overloaded, or decrease the speed setting to prevent motor strain.
Ensure the mixer is on a level, non-slip surface and that all rubber suction feet are making full contact with the counter.
To set up your mixer, ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface before plugging it into a grounded outlet. Attach the desired tool by aligning it with the output shaft and locking it into place. When cleaning, the stainless steel bowl is best washed with warm, soapy water; the die-cast aluminum attachments should be hand-washed to prevent oxidation or discoloration. Always unplug the unit before changing attachments or removing the bowl. Store the mixer in a dry environment and keep the main motor housing away from water at all times.
