The Vevor 22-inch heavy-duty drawer slides are an ideal solution for professionals, fabricators, and DIY enthusiasts needing high-capacity storage support for industrial cabinets, vehicle storage, or heavy furniture. These slides provide the critical benefit of supporting up to 500 lbs while ensuring full access through a 3-fold extension design. Users should note that due to their industrial-grade steel construction and significant weight capacity, they require precise installation alignment to ensure the locking mechanism functions smoothly.

Yes, the galvanized finish provides good rust resistance, but they should be kept dry to extend their lifespan.
They include the slides themselves; however, you must provide your own heavy-duty screws appropriate for your specific mounting surface.
While they are overkill for a desk, they will work perfectly if you need extreme weight capacity.
These are 22 inches in length, designed to fit a 22-inch deep cabinet space.
The package contains a pair, enough for one drawer.
Check that the slides are mounted perfectly level; misalignment prevents the locking tabs from engaging.
Clear any debris or metal shavings from the ball-bearing track and ensure the mounting screws are flush against the slide surface.
Verify that the drawer box width allows for the necessary 19mm (0.75 inch) clearance per side for the slide mechanism.
To install these 22-inch slides, first measure your drawer box width to ensure it is at least 0.75 inches smaller than the cabinet opening to accommodate the slide thickness. Use heavy-duty screws, as the weight load requires secure anchoring into wood or metal framing. Periodically wipe down the tracks with a clean cloth to remove dust or debris. While the galvanized finish is rust-resistant, applying a light machine oil to the ball bearings once a year will maintain smooth, quiet travel.
