Troubleshooting

Hood not extracting air

Check if the hood is properly plugged in. Ensure the filters are clean and not blocked. Verify that the ducting or charcoal filters are correctly installed and not obstructed.

Lights not working

Ensure the light switch is on. Check if the LED bulbs are securely fitted or if they need replacing. Refer to the manual for bulb replacement instructions.

Excessive noise

Make sure the hood is securely mounted. Clean the filters, as blocked filters can increase noise. Ensure ducting is not restricted. Note that higher speeds will naturally produce more noise.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: This is a wall-mounted cooker hood. Installation requires ensuring it is securely fixed to the wall above your hob. For ducted installation, a vent kit (sold separately) is needed to connect the hood to an external vent. For recirculating installation, charcoal filters (sold separately) must be fitted, and the cleaned air is expelled back into the kitchen. Ensure a minimum distance of 65 cm from both electric and gas hobs.

Compatibility: The hood is designed to work with standard kitchen ventilation systems. It requires a 15 cm exhaust connection diameter for ducted setups. Charcoal filters are available for recirculating mode.

Care: The 4 stainless steel grease filters are removable and washable. They can be cleaned by hand under a tap or placed in a dishwasher. Regular cleaning is essential for maintaining performance and preventing grease buildup. The exterior of the hood should be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
