FAQs

Does this cleaner use chemicals?

No, the Beldray Speedsteam uses only pressurized steam to clean and sanitize surfaces.

Can I use this on delicate fabrics?

Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first, especially with delicate garments or upholstery, to ensure the fabric can handle high temperatures.

How long is the power cord?

The unit features a 4-meter power cord, providing ample reach for most indoor cleaning tasks.

Can I use tap water?

Yes, but if you live in a hard-water area, using distilled or deionized water is recommended to prolong the life of the cleaner.

How long is the warranty?

The product comes with a 3-year guarantee to cover manufacturing defects.

Troubleshooting

Steam output is low or non-existent

Ensure the water tank is properly seated and filled. Check that the nozzle is not blocked by mineral deposits.

Unit does not turn on

Confirm the power cord is fully inserted into the wall outlet and the outlet is receiving power.

Water leaking from the nozzle

This is often caused by the unit not reaching full operating temperature; wait for the indicator light to stabilize before steaming.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Fill the 400 ml tank using the provided measuring jug and funnel. Connect the desired accessory directly to the unit or via the flexi hose.
Operation: Plug into a standard outlet, power on via the touchscreen, and wait for the indicator to confirm readiness. Select your preferred steam mode.
Care: Always unplug the device and allow it to cool completely before removing the tank or attachments. Periodically wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. If you live in a hard-water area, use distilled water to prevent mineral buildup inside the heating element.
