Troubleshooting
Frame appears rusty
Inspect the powder coating for chips or damage. Clean gently with a non-abrasive cloth. If rust is minor, it can often be treated with specific metal rust removers designed for coated surfaces, followed by a touch-up paint if necessary.
Cushions are stained
Spot clean immediately with a mild detergent and water. For stubborn stains, consult the fabric care label if available or test a small, inconspicuous area with a specialized upholstery cleaner. Ensure cushions are completely dry before use.
Coffee table glass is loose
Carefully check the fixings that secure the glass to the table frame. Ensure they are snug but do not overtighten, which could crack the glass. If unsure, contact customer support.
Cushion ties have broken
Reinforce or replace the ties with a durable, weather-resistant cord or webbing. Sewing is recommended for a secure attachment.

Compatibility: This lounge set is designed for outdoor use on patios, decks, balconies, or gardens. It complements modern outdoor decor.
Care:
- Frame: Wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt or dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the powder coating.
