Troubleshooting

Flash not firing.

Ensure the flash is securely mounted on the camera, the battery is charged, and the flash is set to the correct mode. Check that the camera's flash settings are enabled.

Flash is underexposing or overexposing.

Adjust the flash exposure compensation (FEC) on the flash or in your camera settings. Ensure the flash is correctly set to E-TTL or manual mode.

Wireless triggering not working.

Confirm that the V1 and the Godox X system transmitter (if used) are on the same channel and group. Make sure the transmitter is properly mounted and transmitting.

Slow Recycling Time.

Allow the flash to cool down. If the battery is old or not fully charged, replace it with a fresh one.
