Product Information

Full details

The Sonive Mattress Pad is designed for individuals seeking enhanced mattress protection and comfort, particularly those with children, pets, or elderly family members. Its key benefit is providing a 100% waterproof barrier against spills and bodily fluids while offering a soft, supportive sleep surface. What are the dimensions of the mattress pad?

The dimensions are 135x190x30cm, suitable for a standard double mattress.

Will this pad fit a deep mattress?

Yes, the pad features a deep pocket design with a skirt that stretches up to 52cm, designed to fit most thick mattresses securely.

Is the mattress pad breathable?

Yes, the pad utilizes hollow curled soft fibers that promote good breathability, helping to maintain a comfortable sleeping temperature.

What is the filling of the mattress pad?

The filling is a 5D-Mix down alternative, composed of hollow curled soft fibers, designed for a balance of support and softness.

What should I do before the first use?

Before the first use, spread the mattress pad out for a few hours to allow it to decompress from its vacuum-sealed packaging and regain its full loft.

Can I iron the mattress pad?

Troubleshooting

Mattress pad does not seem fluffy after unpacking.

The pad is shipped vacuum-sealed. Spread it out in a well-ventilated area for several hours, or even a full day, to allow it to regain its full loft and softness.

Pad is slipping off the mattress.

Ensure the deep pocket skirt is fully extended over all sides of the mattress. The 4cm elastic band is designed to hold the pad securely, but a very thick or unusually shaped mattress might require adjustment. Check that the pad is centered on the mattress.

Waterproof barrier seems compromised.

Inspect the pad for any tears or damage to the TPU backing. If damage is found, the waterproof integrity may be compromised. Follow the care instructions to avoid damaging the fabric.

Pad is not drying properly after washing.

Ensure the tumble dryer is set to a gentle cycle. For natural drying, hang the pad in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight if possible. Avoid direct heat sources which can damage the material.
