FAQs
How long is the Coconut Dragon Mobile?
The mobile features a 37cm wingspan, making it an ideal size for both indoor display and outdoor garden features.
Is this safe for outdoor use?
Yes, it is designed for outdoor spaces; however, it is best placed in a sheltered area to protect the natural materials from extreme weather.
Where is the product made?
Every Coconut Dragon Mobile is handcrafted by artisans in Indonesia.
Does it come with a hanging kit?
The mobile includes an attachment point, but you should provide a suitable hook or string appropriate for your specific hanging location.
Can I paint or treat the wood?
Because it is crafted from natural coconut, adding finishes may alter the appearance and texture. It is recommended to keep it in its natural state for the best artisan look.
Troubleshooting
The mobile is not turning.
Check to ensure the mobile is hanging freely and that the attachment point is not tangled or restricted by surrounding branches or walls.
The mobile looks dull after long-term outdoor exposure.
Gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth to remove oxidation, and consider applying a light natural oil if the finish appears significantly dehydrated.
