The NRS Healthcare Bathroom Safety Rail is a stable aid designed to assist users in getting in and out of the bath. It features a high-quality clamp for secure fixing and rubber padding to prevent damage to the bath. This rail is suitable for metal, stone, or fibreglass baths with sides ranging from 75mm to 180mm (3" to 7") in thickness, and is only for use with solid-sided baths. It is not suitable for roll-top baths. The rail can be easily adjusted to suit user needs. It is intended to help steady the user and is not designed to be weight-bearing; therefore, it should not be used for pulling or lowering oneself to a seated position. The maximum user weight is 95 kgs (15 st). This product has been tested by NRS Healthcare's Occupational Therapists for ease of use, safety, and value, and comes with a 2-year guarantee.
