The Thomas Dudley Cistern LL 6/4L DF HP/LP is designed for homeowners and plumbing professionals seeking a reliable, versatile solution for bathroom retrofits or new installations. Its primary benefit is the adaptable dual-flush mechanism which aids in water conservation while remaining compatible with both high and low-pressure water systems. A notable caveat is that while the side connections simplify plumbing, installers should ensure the specific dimensions of their existing space align with the unit's footprint before purchase.

Yes, this model is specifically engineered to function with both high and low-pressure systems.
Yes, it is suitable for both new bathroom installations and as a replacement for existing cisterns.
The high-quality white finish is designed for durability; regular cleaning with mild soap will keep it looking like new.
The dual flush allows you to choose between 6 liters or 4 liters of water, helping to reduce total water consumption.
The cistern is provided as a unit; please check the contents of your packaging for specific included hardware as inventory may vary.
Check the flush valve seal for debris or scale buildup and clean it with a soft cloth.
Verify that the supply valve is fully open and check that the inlet pipe is free of kinks or obstructions.
Ensure the washer is correctly seated and the connection nut is tightened to the manufacturer's specification.
Installation of the Thomas Dudley Cistern requires standard plumbing tools, including an adjustable wrench and plumber's tape. Ensure the main water supply is turned off before disconnecting your existing cistern. Position the unit to align with your side-entry supply pipe, securing it firmly to the wall mounting points. For maintenance, keep the interior free of debris to ensure the flush valve moves freely. Clean the exterior white finish with mild, non-abrasive household cleaners; avoid harsh chemicals that might yellow or damage the plastic casing over time.
