Massage or heat function not working.
Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the chair and a working electrical outlet. Check that the control remote is properly connected to the chair. Verify that the timer is not set to zero or off.
Chair is unstable or wobbly.
Confirm that all assembly bolts are tightened securely. Check that the casters are fully inserted into the base. Ensure the chair is placed on a flat, even surface.
Recline mechanism is stiff or difficult to operate.
Verify that the chair is not overloaded beyond its specified weight capacity. Ensure no obstructions are preventing the recline mechanism from moving freely. Consult the manual for specific recline lever operation.
