Troubleshooting
Backpack won't attach securely to stroller
Ensure the velcro straps are correctly aligned and firmly attached to the stroller's frame or handlebar. Check that no other accessories are obstructing the attachment points. Confirm you are not using a Bugaboo Ant stroller.
Water seeping through zippers
While the fabric is water-repellent, the zippers are not fully waterproof. For heavy rain, consider using the internal clutches to protect sensitive items and avoid prolonged exposure to downpours.
Interior feels sticky or discolored
This may be due to the PU coating. Clean gently with a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive scrubbing.
Clutch insulation is not effective
The insulated clutch is designed for moderate temperature control for short periods. For longer-term temperature maintenance, pre-warm or pre-cool items before placing them in the clutch and limit the time items are stored.
