What material is the towel rail made from?

The towel rail is made from recycled and recyclable ABS plastic.

What are the dimensions of the towel rail?

How do I clean the towel rail?

The product comes with a 10-year guarantee.

Can I use this towel rail without the ALIFE wall guide?

Troubleshooting

Towel rail is loose after installation.

If using screws, ensure they are fully tightened into the wall anchors or studs. If using EasyClip, ensure the rail is securely clicked onto the wall guide. If using SmartFix, ensure the surface was clean and dry before application and allow adequate curing time.

Accessories do not clip into the wall guide.

Verify that you are using an official ALIFE wall guide and that the accessory's EasyClip mechanism is clean and unobstructed. Ensure the accessory is aligned correctly before applying pressure to clip it in.

Difficulty removing or changing accessories.

Gently pull the accessory away from the wall guide while pressing the release mechanism on the EasyClip, if applicable. Consult the ALIFE collection guide for specific instructions on your accessory.
