No, this model is designed for rapid boiling and does not feature a keep-warm setting.
The filter is located behind the spout and can be gently pulled out, rinsed under tap water, and replaced.
The kettle includes integrated cord storage to manage length; simply pull out the amount you need to reach your outlet.
Yes, the oak-effect handle is designed to remain cool to the touch even after a full boil.
The materials used in contact with water meet standard food-grade safety requirements.
Check that the base is plugged into a functional outlet and the kettle is correctly positioned on the 360° base.
This is often caused by mineral buildup. Perform a descaling cycle to remove limescale from the heating element.
Ensure you have not overfilled the kettle past the maximum capacity line.
To set up your kettle, ensure it is placed on a flat, dry, and stable surface near a grounded power outlet. When using it for the first time, boil the kettle and discard the water to ensure the interior is clean. For ongoing care, clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the cream finish. Descale the kettle every 1-3 months depending on your local water hardness to maintain performance. Always use the integrated cord storage to keep excess wire hidden beneath the base, reducing clutter on your countertop.
