Troubleshooting

Pole does not extend smoothly

Ensure the pole is clean and free of debris. Check that the locking mechanism is not obstructed. Gently twist and pull to extend.

Curtain pole feels unstable

Verify that the pole is extended to a stable point within its range and that the locking mechanism is fully engaged. Ensure the brackets are securely mounted to the wall and spaced correctly.

Finials are loose

Check if the finials are screwed on correctly. Some finials may have a grub screw for tightening; inspect the finial base for such a screw.
